How Do You Get Elevator Videos To Play?

Sorry, I didn't mean to do another thread. I didn't see that post when I used the search. Sorry about that.
Thanks for the help, this seems to work. The only problem was that after I left, the elevator went all the way up, then disappeared leaving me to freefall down the shaft. I had to escape to exit.
