how do i make the confetti dropper.(spoilers inside)

hello, im trying to make a confetti dropper(the one you can see in the room where chell is going to meet her parents).

i dnt know how i make the confetti part...

the tube is ready and i only need the thing tat drops confetti that colides with the world.

please help me by giving me good and detailed info.

please ignore my typos(i just woke up)

It's an info_particly_system, or whatever it's called. If you look in the instances/test chambers folder there should be a file called something like 'bday_antechamber'; that actually the exact scene you're talking about, so take a look at how it's done.
