Hobbies

Assuming some of you leave your caves, what do you do when you aren't cradling your mechanical beasts and whispering sweet nothings into the microphone input?

I do a few musics, one of which can be found here (http://soundcloud.com/jomonay). Active in a punk/ska band, playing at a festival this summer with bands some of my friends have heard of and who are moderately successful. Learning to ride on the back wheel of a BMX, whether it will magic into a hobby I have no idea.

New tracks every Saturday!

I do music too, mostly for game mods under the name Vertigo Fox.
If anyone here wants music for a level or mod I'd be happy to contribute ;).

When I die I want to be dissected by some mad genius and used in one of his evil schemes. It's great to be part of something bigger than yourself.

I use a high speed paper puncher to make holes in offending sheets of paper. This one is my favorite...

Music is something I fancy as well; today I was having an inner monologue about how every game is essentially composed of smaller games (something I think I might've read on this site) and at the smallest level, every game is insanely stupidly hilarious and instinctual. Some people throw away games like Portal even after making an attempt to play because they're "too complicated" while others will stick around growing more invigorated as the challenges get more difficult. This is analogous to how some people use music as an escape, such as in forms of pop/club/dance music; while others are addicted to breaking music down and re-contorting it into increasingly radical forms and the thought of raves/techno makes them nearly sick. {/ramble} haha, i have some solo music here http://kylehaish.kitchenwallet.com . if you take my name off that url you can see my band's page as well.

I tend to go for cardboard and steel with handguns. IDPA, mostly. Good fun.

Actually looking to get in to some 3-gun stuff now that I'm out of college and working for a living.

Trapshooting for me (Remington semi-auto), fantastically fun sport. Only target practice though, I abhor hunting for sport of any sort.
