[HELP] Portal gel not turning surfaces white

Everything is in the title. I guess I didn't entered the correct parameters in it, I don't understand why it spreads but don't changes surfaces. I give you the link for my uncomplete map: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LAVETE4W

Map properties
And Paint in map and change it to yes.
