Help - Modeling issue

I have been working at it for a wile now but I can't seem to decompile the "Reflector Cube". I have tried many of the fix up suggested but they don't seem to work. The Cannon fodder's Source compile does not see m to work.
The error is "Error Opening file. *Pathname*smdreflection_cube_reference.smd"

Any suggestions?
