Hammer Trigger Block Bug

I am having a problem in Hammer. I want to create a trigger_push. I created a brush with the trigger texture and tied it to the trigger_push entity. I'll click "apply" in the options box, but when I close the options box and deselect the new trigger_push or even just click on another entity, the trigger_push reverts to a regular brush. I've experienced this before and can't figure out how to fix it. Any ideas?

Have you tried saving and restarting hammer/your computer? It sounds like a bug with Hammer; if it persists after you restart hammer, try restarting your computer. If it still doesn't work, you probably should re-install Hammer.

Online daters be like:
Guy: Hey dure i will date u
Girl: sure

Weird: I restarted Hammer and the brush is an entity again, even though it wasn't when I closed and saved it. Problem possibly solved for now.

Did you have your selection mode set to "solids"? It's useful for modifying individual brushes in a brush entity, but makes everything appear to be a world brush.

My stuff:

- Crushed Gel

Turn of ignore groups. It's the IG button on the toolbar.

This has happened to me before. The shortcut to toggle between Groups and Solids is shift-W, which is easy to hit by accident. The current mode is shown in the top-right corner.

God, this happened to me once. I was so confused, and so angry when I found out what was wrong.

I think this site could benefit from a full aesthetic/functionality overhaul. Like the Black Mesa forums. They had a site overhaul recently and personally I've found the new forum much easier to use.
Plus, I kinda find all this white a little blinding.
