First page of single player map downloads broken

If you use the Single Player maps link:
http://forums.thinking.withportals.com/downloads.php?cat=10
There are no page navigation controls at the bottom, and the upper left border material appears at the lower right.

I'm no expert, but I expect a malformed post for Madness v1.3

because if you change it to start=3, everything is fine.
