entity-based beach water?

Hi everyone!

I'd like to make a beach water that only consists of entities, objects that accept inputs. This excludes traditional, expensive-type water materials, only applicable on static geometry. Only simple textures and (water-imitating) props are allowed, which I couldn't really find for this purpose.

I happened to come across a nice solution on Youtube by Crzyhou (see attached image), a kind of a multilayer prop-brush hybrid, unfortunately, however, I can't find it for download. I've contacted the author who told me some informations, that CamBen is the creator of the waterplane model and there's a brush placed below it, but not enough for me to find anything usefull on the internet.

Can someone help in my search?
