earthquake

How long before an earthquake can animals predict? I live in California, so we get a lot of earthquakes here. I've heard that animals could predict an earthquake before it happens, but I don't know how long before. My parrot has been squawking a lot when we pet him, and my dog has been barking like crazy. So: How long before an earthquake do animals start acting off? I just want time to prepare in case one happens.

Big Mood

I've found this. To be frank your thread scared me and I wish all the luck to you.

On the other hand, just out of curiosity: how exactly would you prepare yourself for an earthquake?

I found a great site, where you can find lots of stuff about earthquakes. Did you know
THIS site? It will help you out in many situations. You'll be surprised how much things you can find there.
Anyway, good luck.
