This kind of post has been already posted by some other ppl before you.... never got much success though
I'd suggest you to add a certain value to your proposal, like some pictures of what you are capable of, previous things you've done in hammer and such. Maybe introducing your ideas or how you think you could help anybody. So far, you only talked about your boredom

Well i really just want to help people make their maps in hammer and my hammer skills by providing them with instances that they ask me to make. And if i don't know how to make it i can always find out further boosting my knowledge of hammer.

Quote from Lpfreaky90 on May 30, 2013, 2:44 pmI just took the liberty to check your posts; and I don't see any map releases. I therefore agree with Jose; this way we have no idea of your skill level. In my opinion you need to know each others strengths and weaknesses before you can take on a project with others.
If you want to do it to learn hammer better: the best way to do that in my opinion is to make maps. There's a lot more to making maps that all separate components:
- Designing a puzzle
- Design a layout
- Get puzzle IO working
- Playtest
- Tweak puzzles
- Texture rooms
- Light rooms
- Detail roomsMost people are best a certain of these points, and if you can combine a bunch of people so all the mentioned points are included you can make a great map. By doing stuff you're not so good at and carefully listening to feedback of others you can also increase your skill in the points you're less good at.
All in all; combining different people to work on a bigger project is a great idea; but in my opinion maybe not the best way to improve your own skills.
