Crowbar

How would I import the hl2 crowbar into Portal 2? Thankxzs

If you mean as a weapon: You can't.
If you mean as a model: Get the files out of the source models gcf.

Wait a minute. What if you remove the portal gun, parented the model, and had some other way of detecting mouse presses? Not sure, but it might be worth looking into.

You could mess around with game_ui, but good luck, I'm not sure how you'd simulate a crowbar hit.

And a note: be very very very careful when adding HL2 weapons into Portal maps. I'm sorry, but from past experience they really make a map not fun.

I would agree no guns or anything, but I think a crowbar would fit in fine. Maybe edit the texture a bit to make it a aperture science metal leverage manipulater.
