[Coop] Quad
Quote from JinxMontalgo on May 23, 2012, 7:03 pmA "simple" underground map requiring you and your partner to travel to all four areas to proceed.
Update 1.5
-made physical changes to prevent exploits and alternative solutions
-reduced blob spread angle of the white gel from 5 to 2.5
-created "indicator lights" for the exit doorScreenshots:

Quote from zivi7 on May 23, 2012, 9:54 pmFirst of all: Yeah, an old Aperture coop map! It was good fun to play this and everythiing looked well done.
A small issue: lpfreaky and me accidently solved it without using the normal cube.
Instead we used blue gel to bounce one player onto the button that's apparantly meant to be pressed by the normal button.
Quote from Lpfreaky90 on May 23, 2012, 11:59 pmreally enjoyed it. It took a while to figure what was where and how we were to get to the point where we had to be. Good usage of the gels, good looks, interesting puzzle and no need for the normal cube!
5/5

Quote from soundsofentropy on May 24, 2012, 4:27 pmHey, this was a really fun map, but Insomnautik and I never used the normal cube and weren't even sure how to get it. I feel like we might've skipped a bunch, but it was fun nonetheless! Great map.

Quote from coopinitiative on May 28, 2012, 11:51 amLike obviously many others, we managed to finish the map without going through the first part of the puzzle, but unlike the rest, we got the cube and used it as intended. We only cheated a little bit while getting it.
All that aside, a very fun and interesting map.

Quote from KennKong on August 23, 2012, 10:59 pmRedunzl and I made it through this map in what seemed to be a completely unintended route, but we think we used all the elements. It was fun to play, but all the different portal surfaces made for some very unusual paths to get to various places. It looked pretty good, without any obvious visual defects. Good use of space, and big flings, which I love. The puzzle was just a bit too loose. 4/5 from us.

Quote from LuckyRJ on September 23, 2012, 6:51 pmWell me and a freind just tested this map, and although the initial look of the map was ok, i did see some aligning issues with the metal frames crossing into eachother and a few miss aligned textures
The puzzle.... well we didnt even use the orange paint, we used the 2 cubes though, but we didnt use the orange paint, we basically just used the white paint and made it to the exit that way, by getting white paint on the wall above the exit door and jumping across that way, then we just got 1 cube and the laser and bobs your uncle map done, but i do feel this map was very confusing, i would not say it was great at all, but i wont say it is bad, i would just say it was a little sloppy and their was just no direction as such and was just overwhelming and confusing
but i would rate this map a 3
good job though.
we also was able to get on the roof of the exit room with the white paint, but we noticed we couldnt exploit it this way to get the exit door open cos the 2 exit doors was connected, but just wanted to add this
