Quote from Coldknife on June 9, 2011, 2:51 pmThis is the coop map i proposed in WIP section, now i think it's finished so i upload it there.
Don't mention the name, this map don't use a lot of lasers. !It's just a normal coop map. i will post a Thumbnail later, or if a tester have his Thumbnail to propose i will see if it can be the thumbnail for the map.
A video is availible with the solution of all map :

Quote from ineyaa on June 11, 2011, 5:49 amWe liked the map. It's huge, many puzzles, interesting puzzles.
But there also was some frustration:1. at some point jumping down to 3 laser receivers started to kill us
2. for the whole time we didn't know which cubes, balls, portals we should carry forward as we progress
3. the room with 4 balls is hidden too much - we never found it
4. we used vacuum pipe to gain momentum and jump to final location
5. there are some situations, where you can do things and have no way to undo them, but to reset map (which is frustrating)Overall, it's still one of the best maps I've seen here.

Quote from Coldknife on June 11, 2011, 6:47 amOk thank you very much for the feedback, i would like to know where do you need to reset all the map. Cause when i do the map i've seen no problems, of course i do the map.. Ok i will do the piece of 4 balls more visible, and add a system to prevent for final jump win.
So map will be updtated in one week, one day.

Cause when i do the map i've seen no problems, of course i do the map..When you come through that vacuum pipe, you need to stack 2 cubes on each other, point the laser and then the wall on right will slide open. Now you can go inside, make a portal and take 2 cubes with you. At this point the wall will close and if you die or use portal to get there but loose it you have no way opening it again.
Other issue was, that when we killed all turrets in that small room, nothing happened. The wall was supposed to open on left side, but it didn't. We spent quite a while experimenting, waving at cameras, etc.
The jump you need to make at start is maybe too hard. At least for me, it took maybe 5-10 minutes until we came out of first room.

I would suggest to add "force field" just before entering the turret room. This way people would know, that they can forget all that's behind now, and don't have to worry about portals, balls and cubes.

Quote from Coldknife on June 12, 2011, 8:56 amYea, it will maybye not be pleaseant for all. It's special.
As i said in WIP section, this map was done for me and a friend.
But why not add droppers, and proper signs.
And for the piece of 4 balls.. delete it and replace by a short 'bonus' which don't affect the map.And normally if you kill the 5 turrets with a laser the wall will have to open. This is strange if not.

Then we could not go back to use the pipe to get momentum, because we had no portal left there.

Quote from xdiesp on June 21, 2011, 4:44 amThat's an old bug: probably the turrets aren't all the dead, one is only very tilted. Maybe if the trigger used just 1 destroyed turret.

So the run is not perfect and may not use only intended ways, but maybe it can let you see how other people may understand the map or you could just enjoy someone playing this map for entertainment.
Anyways, here is the recording:T3X-A_hkl1U
