Cant rotate texure!

Everytime i rotate a brush the texture don't rotate. For example the texture is on the right side and i want to rotate it to the left side but it wont. Anyone here with knowledge to help me?

There are two to do;
If you check the tl button the texture will be locked; that way the texture will stay on the brush in the same orientation.
With 1 and 2 you can also modify textures!
