Quote from Spam Nugget on September 8, 2011, 5:15 amI havent been able to figure this out, would someone please be able to tell me exctly how you inport old models? using the cake for an example, i grabbed the folder called cake from the model folder of portal 1 along with the materials folder by the same name. i put the cake model folder within a folder i created called spamnugget in portal 2's model directory. the cake textuer folder i put in the directory portal2/portal2/materials/models/spamnugget. i changed the vmt so it points to the correct files. however when i load hammer i can find the model but nothing appears on the preview pane. when trying to load it into the model viewer, i just get an error. could you please tell me how to do this? there are a few models i would like to import in, but i just cant get it to work.

I think in terms of boolean variables. Generally, it makes things easier.
