Attempting to download something from the website returns a blank HTML page

I'm trying to download the Afterburn mappack and there's this weird issue where the download page returns the equivalent of typing "about:blank" in your browser's address bar. It literally is empty, as the HTML code is basically a bare skeleton. Does anyone else experience this issue?
The HTML code I saw in devtools is this:

<head></head>
<body></body>
</html>
Also, I searched the download URL in the Wayback Machine, and it says that nobody has archived that URL yet.
