Applying for Portal 2 DLC Beta
Valve employee told the Portal 2 forums to use a thread to be added to a queue to obtain a Beta.
If you attach links to some of your maps, and they are good, it will increase your chances (likely).
Still, it is not a guarantee that you will be on the beta.

Cool. I sent an email to David asking if I could get in the beta about two weeks ago, but I didn't get a reply. (Which is strange because some of my friends have the beta and when they sent their emails they got a reply in about two days.)
I guess he just missed mine.
